Do you accept COD payment for orders?

How will my product be shipped?

All orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. For larger items like Grandfather clocks, expect them to be shipped via freight carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only items under 10 pounds via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling charges will be based on the total weight of your order. The cost will start from $7.99 and increase depending on total weight. We do not charge handling fees. Multiple item orders will be packaged together, when possible to save you money!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your item/s will ship within 24-48 hours after placing your order in most instances. After that the carrier determines when you will receive your order. We have no control over the carriers we use.

How do Atomic clocks and watches work?

All watches receive a radio signal from the Caesium atomic, the world's most precise clock, accurate to 1 second in 1 million years. The signal is encoded so that it can be transmitted in long wave radio form. The signal originates from the WWVB transmitter in Fort Collins, Colorado and is transmitted on a frequency of 60 kHz.

The atomic watches contain an antenna and internal program to receive and encode the radio signal. It is then decoded to display the precise time. They maintain total accuracy by automatic nightly updates with the radio signal.
